Refund Policy - Services

Services refer to all classes, workshops, tarot readings and birth chart analyses.

Full payment is required in advance of all services including group and/or private classes and workshops and any type of tarot or astrological reading. Attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received.

There are strictly no refunds or exchanges on the aforementioned services unless the service is cancelled or rescheduled by West Coast Skies. 'No-shows' will forfeit the full cost of the entire workshop, lesson, reading or series of classes.

Should West Coast Skies need to cancel or reschedule the service, a full refund or exchange of the equivalent value will be offered. Refunds of this nature will be deposited within 5 business days.

Refund Policy - Physical Products

We offer a 15 day return policy only on physical products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Birth Chart Interpretation Reports are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange for the same item, you must demonstrate that the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. It must also be in the original packaging and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Any item missing its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your approved refund within 10 business days, first contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
